Payment Terms

All payments are to be made in US Funds. We accept the following method of payment: money order, credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express), PayPal and wire transfer/ ACH. We do NOT offer C.O.D as an option of payment. Customer is responsible for all fees and charges imposed in association with the wire transfer. Customer is responsible for all fees, taxes, tariffs and other charges for shipments inside and outside US.


Sales tax

Sales tax will be applied to all purchases picked up or shipped to any address in Michigan. If your organization is tax exempt, please provide us a valid copy of your tax exempt certificate issued by Dept. of Revenue.


Shipping & Delivery

At this time, RE-NU Parts & Equiptment ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, RE-NU Parts & Equipment ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.


Same Day Shipping

All in-stock orders received by 2:00pm (EST) will ship out the same day they are received.


Returns & Refunds

Prior to returning any goods to Re-Nu Parts and Equipment, Inc., a Return Goods Authorization must be obtained and included with the parts. Simply call Re-Nu Parts and Equipment’s customer service department at 616-808-2481 and they can begin processing your request. The RGA will be emailed or faxed to you so you can include a copy with the return. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned catalog parts. "Special Order" parts may not be returnable.
Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
